7 West Bridge Street, LLC

Project Description: This project involves the acquisition and renovation of two mixed-use buildings totaling 30,800 SF on 0.2 acres of land at 7 West Bridge St. in the City of Oswego. The project will support the long-term sustainability of the Children’s Museum of Oswego and Murdock’s Bicycle and Sports as the anchor commercial tenants along with the construction of 8 new apartments, the renovation of 6 existing apartments, and new roof, HVAC, electrical and plumbing throughout the buildings. The project is the reinvestment in an Oswego DRI priority project. The project will support the retention of 3 FT and 6 PT tenant jobs with an expected future annual payroll of $505,650 and create 20 temporary construction jobs.
