Project Description: This project involves the renovation of the historic Beck's Hotel located at 3302 Main Street in the Village of Mexico. The approximately 12,045 sq. ft. dilapitated and vacant building on approximately 0.3 acres at the intersection of State Routes 3 and 104 will be redeveloped into a mixed-use facility featuring a restaurant and cafe at street level with 3 short term rental units and 2 residential apartments on the 2nd floor. The project will create 3 full time jobs and 15 part time jobs with a future total annual payroll of over $500,000 at the project location.
