Market House Oswego, LLC (Old City Hall)

Project Description: This project involves the renovation of the historic property located at 1 West Bridge Street in the city of Oswego - an approximately 18,800 square foot, three-story building built in 1823 on approximately 0.22 acres overlooking the Oswego River. The street level commercial space and a portion of the basement will be converted to a craft brewery including a bar/restaurant/ Eight market-rate apartments will be constructed on the second and third floors. The project will create 5 full-time and 30 part-time jobs with a future annual payroll of over $600,000 at the project location.
